Kelsey has worked tirelessly to raise awareness of the disease and keep her husband’s memory alive – and revealed she has a secret project coming up next week.

It comes after last month Kelsey threw a gorgeous princess party for her daughter Aurelia’s 3rd birthday as she celebrated without her dad for the first time.

The Wanted star, who tragically lost her battle with brain cancer in March aged 33, left behind daughter Aurelia and 20-month-old Bodhi.

Kelsey took to Instagram to show she pulled out all the stops for the special occasion with Aurelia receiving a visit from Disney Princesses Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel.

The birthday girl had fun singing her favorite songs with the characters before blowing out the candles on her pink castle cake.

Aurelia looked adorable in a pink ruffle dress while wearing silver sandals and a cute hair bow.

Meanwhile, mom-of-two Kelsey looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder peach ruffled dress to match her daughter, while sporting white wedge heels on her feet.

Kelsey revealed that she would have her late husband’s ashes turned into “special” jewelry for their two young children.

And now, Kelsey says she will gift the meaningful tokens to her children when the time comes, as well as Noreen, the late singer’s mother.

She told The Sun: “It’s going to be something really special that the kids can have and it will be given to them at some point, but I don’t know when yet,” she explained.

She began: ‘Hi guys. Say hello guys, both of you. We just wanted to jump in and say a huge thank you for all of your messages today. Is not it? We want to say thank you.

“Today will be a tough day for us as a family, but the sun is shining, it’s shining, isn’t it Dad shining down on us today.

“I’m wearing her top today because if you guys are having a bad day, smile and you’ll be fine.

“And it’s chickenpox on his face, he has chickenpox, we’re just going to have a great day together as a family today.

“Aurelia has chosen her favorite dress and Bodhi has his superhero…”

In her caption, she wrote: “I had an inbox full of lovely messages before 9am this morning and I can’t tell you how much it’s helped me put on my best smile and look good. get up this morning.
