Magistrates told Dale they couldn’t rule out sending him to jail.
Dale, of Sunny Bank, Hull, sent dastardly notes to the victim in which he said ‘I hope you die’ and also told him to ‘watch what happens’, the court heard.
Magistrates were told that Dale then sent three private images of the woman to someone else via a direct message on Facebook.
“The various screenshots of the messages have been removed from the defendant’s phone,” the prosecutor told the judiciary.

Mitigating, a lawyer for Dale said two of the photographs were not among the most serious in their explicit nature.
Addressing the accused, the magistrates MM. Wilde and Davies said: “I’ll ask for a report – we’re not neglecting custody at this point.”
Dale was released on absolute bail and is due back in court on July 25.
