(TAUT DETROIT) – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced 10,681 coronavirus cases in the state and 69 more deaths this week.
This brings the total of COVID-19 cases to 2,592,078 and 36,744 death on June 21.

Beginning the week of June 19, the Michigan COVID-19 Dashboard Weekly Update will move from Wednesday to Tuesday to accommodate an anticipated change in CDC data cadence.
Due to the change in weekly reports from Wednesday to Tuesday, today’s weekly data is representative of 6 days (Thursday to Tuesday).

This is how the data is updated:
- Case and death data will be updated once a week on Tuesday.
- Case and death data will include confirmed and probable cases and deaths.
- The county’s cumulative COVID-19 case rate map has been replaced with a CDC COVID-19 community levels map and will be updated on Friday.
