IND vs AUS: Video shows fans in Hyderabad waiting in long lines to buy tickets since 3am

Team India and Australia will clash in the second T20I in Nagpur on Friday, with the visitors leading 0-1 in the three-game series. The second T20I will be a match to be won for the Men in Blue and, if defeated, they could lose the series to Australia.

Despite this, the craze of cricket fans in India was on full display as fans gathered outside the Gymkhana Ground in Hyderabad to buy tickets for the third T20I.

Several photos and videos have appeared on the internet showing fans who have been waiting in long lines since 3 a.m. to buy tickets for the upcoming match.

As Team India will be playing in Hyderabad after a long time, fans of the city made their passion for the sport clear when their dedication saw them queue outside the venue to buy tickets.

One video showed fans waiting in a very long line, while another showed fans crowding the gates, while police were also deployed to the scene to maintain law and order.

The first T20I between India and Australia saw Rohit Sharma’s side go down by four wickets in Mohali. Hardik Pandya played an unbeaten 71 run knock as well as KL Rahul’s half century. Suryakumar Yadav also added 46 runs when Team India scored 208/6 in their 20 overs respectively.

However, they failed to limit Australian batsmen as the visitors had four wickets courtesy of Cameron Green’s man of the match winning performance which saw him open alongside Aaron Finch and score 61 runs.

Matthew Wade scored the winning points when he knocked out an unbeaten 45-run to help the visitors take a 0-1 lead in the series.
