China issues tax guidelines to support foreign trade, foreign investment

BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s tax authority on Tuesday issued guidelines aimed at providing favorable tax policies to boost foreign trade and foreign investment as the economy lost momentum this year.

The guidelines include accelerating tax relief for exporters, supporting cross-border e-commerce and encouraging foreign investment, the state tax administration said in a notice.
